Maggi | 1962

Vintage ad for Maggi, 1962

Julius Maggi, a Swiss man who inherited his father’s mill, gave his name to the Maggi brand and in 1886 created his first instant soup.

It was the first of many innovations that changed the way millions of people around the world cook.

In 1947 Maggi became part of Nestlé, which is why this 1960s ad already carries the line “A Nestlé presentation”.
