Ads and contributors. In the 1950s Lever soap ran a series of ads starring different film stars of the day.
In 1999 Ronaldo Salame sent us this Lever ad featuring Elizabeth Taylor.
Every ad in the series ended with the same line: “Used by 9 out of 10 film stars.”
