Ernst Göcke, at Wilsdruffer Straße 39 in Dresden, presented himself as the sole outlet of a porcelain factory near Zwickau, selling wholesale and retail.

In this ad we see dinner services, coffee sets, candelabras and ornate vases, with prices: a 43-piece dinner service for six, with scattered flowers and gold rim, for 35 marks; white dinner plates from 20 pfennigs each.

One item belongs to another era: the “Waschservice”, a jug-and-basin set for washing in the bedroom. Shipping came with a guarantee, and exchanges were allowed.
